Ben has won over 100 international awards, including; Cannes; Grand Prix, Golds, Silver, Bronze, and Titanium. D&AD; Gold, Silvers and finalists. Clio; Grand Prix, Gold, Silver and Bronze. As well as three Aussie Oscar (AACTA) nominations for his feature film, ‘Drift’.
Ben Nott started working in advertising in Australia at age 16. He has since worked all over the world at the request of the most highly regarded advertising agencies. Over his 23 years of experience his skills of writing, art directing, film directing and Creative Directing have received numerous international accolades. Ben is one of the most highly awarded advertising creatives in the world.
Ben’s work is "known for cut through creativity, executed well, in the most appropriate mediums on a global scale”. Much of his work is centered around youth marketing and charitable causes.
Ben’s advertising work has been exhibited at MoMA in New York and is part of the museum’s permanent collection of Film and Media. His creative work has also been displayed at the prestigious Saatchi gallery in London and can also be seen several other art galleries through out the world.
Ben is featured in the documentary “World’s Best Sellers” beside greats such as Dennis Hopper. His work and interviews appear in many industry magazines and educational books on advertising. Ben is currently based is Los Angeles and works internationally frequently.
Recents projects for Ben includes Co-directing his first dramatic action feature film, "Drift", starring Sam Worthington (Avatar, Clash of the Titans, Terminator 4) for his company World Wide Mind Films, releasing in cinemas globally early 2013.
